How do I purchase on globizme.com?

Do you have available inventory of all listed items on your website?
All products displayed on Globizme.com are available for immediate purchase. In some cases, however, inventory may be limited. If you do not see a previously-listed item in our store, please email Customer Care atservice@globizme.com to find out when the item will become available or to place an advance order with us.
How do I find out if your products comply with my country's import requirements?
It is the buyer's responsibility to understand the import requirements and restrictions in his/her own country before committing to an order.Globizme.com cannot be responsible for items held by the recipient's Customs for whatever reason. Our Customer Care team is happy to answer any questions you may have regarding a product's specifications or certifications to help you decide whether the item is suitable for import into your country or not.
Are the items in your store RoHS-compliant?
Some are, some are not. We are now working with our suppliers to develop more products that are RoHS-compliant. Please check the item description to see whether a product is RoHS-compliant or not.
How can I view the status of my order?
Please login the members area of the home page. Then click on Order History to display all your transaction history. If you need to view the details of your order, click on the invoice number.
How can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed, we can cancel your order and give you a full refund. Please contact service@globizme.com with your request. If your order has already been released to our warehouse for processing, we regret that we cannot accept the cancellation.
Does Electorbiz.com have a minimum or maximum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 1 case per order, and we have no maximum order quantity.
Do you offer volume discounts?
If you are interested in ordering more than a few cartons of an item or if you want to be our reseller, we may be able to offer you some volume price breaks. Please contact us at service@globizme.com and indicate the SKU and quantity required for a quotation.
Can I buy a sample for evaluation?
Products are only offered in the quantities specified online. If you would like additional information on selected products to help with evaluation, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
Do you accept payment methods other than credit card and Paypal?
We also accept payment via Bank Transfer (T/T) and Western Union. Please contact Electorbiz.com Customer Care at service@globizme.com for more information.
I want to pay via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or Western Union. How do I place the order?
To do so, please place a new order online and select "Bank Transfer" or “Western Union” as the payment method. After you have submitted your order, we will provide you with our bank account details or recipient’s details. After we have received payment in our account, we will release the order. For Bank Transfer, It generally takes from 7 to 10 business days for the funds to clear our bank. For Western Union, the funds can reach us immediately.
I have already paid for the order using my credit card/PayPal account. Why have I been asked to provide identity proof or requested to pay using Bank Transfer (TT) or Western Union?
In order to minimize losses due to internet payment fraud, we review each credit card and Paypal order carefully before processing the order. If we are not able to ascertain the validity of the payment, we may ask the customer to either provide more supporting information, such as a credit card payment authorization letter, IDs, shipping address proof, etc. or to pay using TT or Western Union. We do understand that this might be an inconvenience, but as internet payment fraud becomes more prevalent, this is a way for us to keep our costs down so that we can continue to offer everyday low prices to our customers. Your patience while we go through this process is greatly appreciated.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
If you wish to find out the shipping cost for one or more products to your location, please add the item(s) to your Shopping Cart. An estimated shipping charge will appear based on air-courier shipment to the U.S.A. The system will indicate the actual shipping cost once you checkout and before you commit to the purchase.
Generally, shipping to the UK and other Western European countries is slightly more expensive than to the U.S.A. And shipping to Australia and New Zealand is slightly less expensive than to the U.S.A.
Does the shipping cost include local tax, import duties, and customs clearance cost?
The shipping cost does not cover any local taxes, import duties, or customs clearance costs levied by your government. The buyer is responsible for these import-related costs. How much does shipping insurance cost and how can I purchase it for my order?
We use EMS (Express Mail Service of China). If you would like to buy shipping insurance for your order, please pay an additional 2% of the product cost or US$10.00, whichever is higher. Please contact service@globizme.com with your order invoice number after you have placed your order to request for shipping insurance.
Which courier company do you use?
We use EMS (Express Mail Service of China) as our courier.

We make promotions of the shipping cost continuously.
Do you offer alternate shipping methods?
Currently, FdEx,DHL,UPS,TNT,EMS five powerful shipment are available. Nevertheless,usually we may use EMS.In some special cases, we may use DHL,FedEx,UPS,TNT to ship the items in which case we may charge an additional fee slightly since shipping cost of DHL is a little expensive than EMS.
Can you ship my order using my designated freight forwarder or own courier account?
Yes. We can arrange the order for pick up at our Shenzhen warehouse by your designated freight forwarder or courier company. If you arrange for your own shipping, we will simply charge a small handling fee to cover our costs since our freight charges include some warehouse handling fees. Please contact our Customer Care team at service@globizme.com if you are interested in arranging your own delivery.
When will the goods be delivered?
The goods will be shipped 3 to 4 business days after the payment has cleared. It will take another 3 to 8 business days for delivery.
A Shipping Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you advising your Tracking number once your shipment has been dispatched. There are some rare instances where shipments will be held at Customs and this may prolong the delivery time. Please note that this is beyond our control.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries. If for whatever reason we cannot ship to your location, our Customer Care representative will contact you.
Do you ship to P.O. Box Addresses?
No. Our shipping carrier does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Do I need to be a registered member to buy from your website?
You do not need to register your information on our site until you decide to buy from us.
How do I register on your website?
From our website, click "Register" of the members area to enter the registration page. Follow the instructions to register.
Can you send me my lost password?
For security reasons, the password is encrypted. Therefore, we are unable to disclose this information. Please click Forget Password of members area, Enter your name and email address. Then click the "Submit" button. A new auto-generated password will be sent to you via email shortly. You can then login using your login name and new auto-generated password.
As the password is case sensitive, you may want to cut and paste it from the original email. Remember to delete any additional spaces.

What product warranty does Electorbiz.com offer?
Customers may return products to us within 15 days of receipt if products are defective. Please contact Globizme.com Customer Care department at:service@globizme.com with details of the problem and to get a Returned Authorization Number (RMA) before returning the items back to us.

What is the Clearance Items Return Policy?
Return for refund within: 7 days
Return for replacement within: Non-replaceable Globizme.com occasionally sells items that are listed as clearance. Because these items are sold at greatly reduced prices, they bear this limited 7-day refund-only return policy through globizme.com/onlineshop/. Such items can only be returned within 7 days of the applicable invoice date. Global Sources Direct cannot provide replacement service for these items as their stock is limited. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. Should these items prove defective following their purchase, the buyer (not the manufacturer, distributor, or Globizme.com) assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repairs.
