After-Sales Service

Dear Honorable Customers:

All the products we sell come with a minimum one-year warranty but you will find that some merchandise is guaranteed for a longer period by their Chinese manufacturers. Customer service is always to be the most importance of our work. Our considerate Customer Care Team would like to assist you 24 hours one day and 7 days one week.
 
After Service Terms as follow:
1. If this item is defective upon receiption, customer has up to 7 days from date of receipt for exchange of a new one only, no refund.  
2. All our products we offer ONE YEAR OF WARRANTY: free repair. All the accessories or free GIFT are not covered by warranty.
3. All the return items must be approved by seller.
4. Buyers are responsible to the two-way shipping cost and make sure they are in original condition. Any dismantled, marked, or visibly defaced product by the buyer will AVOID the warranties.
 
Once the item is returned for repair, please take care the instruction as follow:
 
To save the shipping cost, you just need send the phone back by Registered Air Mail; you may keep the batteries, charger, and all other accessories. Please attach a letter to describe the detailed problem to differ from other cases. For passing customs smoothly, please mark it as telephone parts under cost USD30.

For Return Back Parts,Please Do Not Choose DHL/UPS/FeDex as delivery way,otherwise the Customs Tax will be imposed.In this case,as our part,we have right to refuse the return parts.
 
And please inform us the tracking number timely so that we can check it and receive the repair parts  on time.
