Please be attention to these points as following when you pick up the cargos at target Air Port
1. Please check all the packages,especially the quantity firstly
2. If there was damage or loss when you checked these packages,please call your local Insurance Company Agent,ask for Air Port Document,and take some pictures to these damage or loss.
1) If the Insurancy Agent refused to check the situation personally,please call us immediately and we will contact the Insurance Head Office for this.
2) For Air Port Document which should include the damage quantity,the value of loss,and signature from Air Port Authority
3. After getting these documents and pics,please email them to us timely.And we will ask for compensation to the Insurancy company with these provements
